Shipping

Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, and 2-5 business days for local pick-up.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Processing times may be extended during product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods. 

Shipping 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on destination, package weight, and selected service. 

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after an order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

Duties, Taxes, and Customs 

For international shipments (including cross-border shipments between Canada and the United States), duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. 

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated. Manic is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. 

Delivery Issues 

Manic is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather disruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. 

Manic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance. 

Order Changes & Cancellations 

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
