Are returns or exchanges accepted?
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
What if my item doesn’t fit?
We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing or fit.
Sizing information is provided on each product page to assist with purchasing decisions. If you have questions prior to ordering, we encourage you to contact us before completing your purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests must include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Any resolution is subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Manic.
Requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. All delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Additional regions may be added in the future.
Will I be charged duties or taxes?
For cross-border shipments, duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price unless otherwise stated.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Manic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.
