All Sales Are Final 

All purchases made on manicmanic.com are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes, but is not limited to: 

- Apparel 

- Accessories 

- Sale items 

- Promotional items 

Exceptions 

Returns or replacements will only be considered in the event that an item arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for review: 

- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery 

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition 

- Original packaging must be retained 

Requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered. 

How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item 

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@manicmanic.com and include: 

- Your order number 

- Clear photos of the item and packaging 

- A brief description of the issue 

Approval of any replacement or resolution is at the sole discretion of Manic. Non-Returnable Situations / Manic does not accept responsibility for: 

- Incorrect sizing or fit

- Buyer’s remorse 

- Normal wear and tear 

- Damage caused after delivery 

- Items marked as delivered by the carrier 

- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information 

Chargebacks & Disputes 

By completing a purchase on manicmanic.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy. 

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.
